Most HTX Micro repairs include a 1-year warranty on the repaired or replaced part, with clear exclusions for damage outside the repair scope.

What is covered

  • Defects related to the part or repair performed by HTX Micro.
  • Most screen, battery, port, and standard part replacements.
  • Eligible board-level repair work directly related to the completed repair.
  • Warranty applies to the specific repair performed, not unrelated device issues.

What is not covered

  • Physical damage after pickup, including drops, bends, cracks, or impact.
  • Liquid damage or corrosion after service.
  • Issues caused by third-party repair attempts after HTX Micro service.
  • Software, account locks, lost passwords, or unsupported device conditions.

Water Damage & Data Recovery

Water damage service is handled differently.

Data-first service

Water damage work is primarily for data recovery and device stabilization, not long-term device warranty.

Corrosion risk

Liquid damage can return or worsen over time, so warranty coverage is limited or excluded depending on the condition.
