Good packaging helps protect your device during transit.

Start the repair online or contact us before shipping.

Protect the Device

Use bubble wrap and a strong box. Avoid envelopes for phones, boards, tablets, or consoles.

Include Info

Add your name, phone, email, return address, ticket number, and issue description.

Remove Extras

Do not ship accessories unless they are needed for diagnosis.

Use a tracked shipping method and keep your receipt.

Before You Ship
